Police Say Man Secretly Recorded People Inside Their Home

Police say a Rowan County man videotaped people inside a home without them knowing about it.

Police arrested 54-year old David Cox.
He's charged with video voyeurism, which is a felony.

Police say Cox had an elaborate setup inside his Morehead home.
They say a digital type camera and wireless transmitter was located in a closet of a home on KY-32.

Police tell us Cox and the people at the residence were acquaintances.

Cox is a Morehead State University Employee.
