Father Who Skipped Out On Kidney Donation Captured

Video will be available shortly

A fugitive father from Kentucky who's received national attention, is in custody this morning.
US Marshals arrested Byron Perkins and his girlfriend in Mexico.

A Louisville judge let Perkins out of jail last year so he could donate a kidney to his teenage son.
However, right before the surgery, Perkins skipped town.

Perkins had been featured on America's Most Wanted.

The couple will be deported to California, where they will face an extradition hearing to be returned to Kentucky.

Perkins' son received a kidney from a donor last summer.
