There's new information about a Lexington man arrested for setting a massive fire in downtown Frankfort.
A federal grand jury indicted 34-year-old Stephen Malcolm Thursday for setting the March 4th fire that caused more than a million dollars in damage.
The grand jury also indicted him for lying to investigators when they questioned him about the fire.
