27 NEWSFIRST Investigates: Fayette County's Worst DUI Offenders

Print

Richard Boger, 24, is a convicted DUI felony offender. He's been arrested 6 times in the past 3 years for driving under the influence. Still Boger says he'd rather drive home than catch a cab.

Boger is now on house arrest and will not get his license back until 2011. Boger says he may have made better decisions if the law were tougher on repeat offenders.

"It'd be a lot different, I could drive a lot more opportunities I could have taken advantage of easier to get along with," Boger says.

Boger also hopes his story goes a long way, in keeping others from becoming a "homebody" like he's become.
