Some of you people watch way too much television, why don`t you see if you can get these public records, before you say he couldn`t have done that? I used to be in Clay Co. quite often and have been in lots of "them hollers where all them ol` mean people" reside and always treated them the same as I do everyone, I NEVER had any problems with them. I still think I have a lot of good friends there still. I truly believe that you can go ant place in Clay Co. without worry, if you want trouble, you can find it most anywhere in the world.

If it was suicide, why didn't they find a roll of duct tape nearby?? The man just happened to bring the right amount to do himself in, without it getting botched up before he could use it (since it was no longer on a roll)??? Something fishy there...

Maybe he got tired of standing??? It was hard for him to get himself out of the position he was in with his hands duct taped behind his back! No telling how long he'd been stuck in that position. I don't think this was a suicide. It doesn't make sense. And the killer could have wrote 'fed' from an angle.

my family member commited suicide similar to this method, left a note simply stating "I can't live like this anymore." Whatever that means, he had no history of mental illness, just a series of bad decisions that he could have mended fences & gone forward from. All his life he had seemed self-centered & withdrawn even when we tried to include him in family events & gatherings. We all thought that was just the way he was. So in the days & weeks before his suicide, we noticed no change in how he acted. He behaved just as he always had, no tears, just very into himself. Had there been a diffrence, anyone of us would have taken the extra time to talk with him. No matter what his problems, we loved him but he never gave us a chance to help him. I would have much rather seen him seek phychiatric treatment & go on to live a productive life with the family he left behind.

Why don't friends and family members talk to, and look at people. I can usually tell that something is wrong. I think someone should have that something was wrong with the cencus worker. All people needs to be aware of their surroundings and especially family menbers and friends and try to prevent situations like the one above. If you think something isn't right; talk to a person or urge them to get help.

Steve, please seek help. You've gone off the deep end and lost all rational thinking.

I wonder if there will be a retraction of all the terrible things said about Kentuckians involving this case. There was some pretty horrible stuff being said. A lot of stereo typing by the very people that is always screaming "tolerance." There are good and bad people everywhere. Some need to step back and realize this.. in light of this case.

Well that is overkill Chris. I'm sure this guy had his reasons ans that it had nothing to do with making Ky look bad. Obviously he wanted someone to get the money when he was "killed". Don't be so quick to judge. None of us know what caused him to make this decision.

I hope he burns in Hades for trying to pin the blame on Kentuckians. This guy was a real piece of work all right, he deserves no sympathy at all. Just another worthless lefty/Lib trying ANYTHING in the world to make the Conservatives look bad. Trust me, I am sure Jug Ears was hoping the FBI would find that it was a Homicide so he could demonize the State and Conservatives!

Yeah with no defensive wounds at all, not even a chipped fingernail, this was clearly suicide from the beginning. The guy wasn't up in the air, he was on the ground. Its really not that hard to tape your own hands up and then all he had to do was pull his feet up some and it was over. Two life insurance policies? I mean come on who does that. I wish this had been ruled suicide for whoever he thought needed that money though, just so they would get it. But I'm afraid the truth just hurts in this case, but it was discovered.
