A assault suspect, who had been running from police for three days, is captured Tuesday after being stopped by a homeowner.
It happened along King Arthur Drive in Lexington.
21-year-old Eric Martin ran into Larry Carter's yard, and tried to crawl underneath his house.
Carter got suspicious, so he grabbed his gun and went after Martin.
The gun did not have bullets, but Carter used it anyway to keep Martin at bay.
Police arrived and finally made an arrest.
Carter then told them what he did to stop Martin.
In addition to his original assault charge, Martin now faces a slew of new charges, including wanton endangerment and resisting arrest.
