The man charged with starting a devastating fire in downtown Frankfort says he's not guilty.
Stephen Malcolm made the plea on Tuesday in federal court.
Investigators say he set the March fourth fire at Saint Clair Mall, which destroyed several historic buildings. Experts say the damage will cost more than a million dollars to repair.
Besides the arson charge, Malcolm faces a charge of lying to a federal agent.
His trial is scheduled to begin July 10th in Frankfort.
