Alleged Gun Toting Mom Out Of Jail

An eastern Kentucky mother appeared in court Wednesday, accused of pulling out a gun at a school board meeting.

A judge agreed to let Tina Thompson out of jail on bond but with strict conditions.

She's not allowed to contact Fairview school officials or have a firearm.

Thompson says she brought the gun to the meeting in Ashland to show how easy it is to get a gun into the school.

She'll now stand trial in July for unlawful possession of a firearm on school property.
