Weather is to blame for the death of a Jessamine County man.
Chuck Hibb's family found him outside his home yesterday afternoon. The 55 year old was out cutting his lawn on his riding mower when a lighting bolt struck and killed him. His son looked out the window to find the mower on its side. Hibbs leaves behind a wife of 28 years and two children.
Kentucky averages seven deaths related to lighting a year.
