College student accused of 'sex ting' back in court

She's already pleaded "not guilty" to "sex ting" a 14-year-old girl. Today, Sarah Wilson was back in a Madison District courtroom for a preliminary hearing.

Clad in shackles and a green jumpsuit, Sarah Wilson was back in front on a judge for her preliminary hearing.

Her case was continued so more investigation can be done.

Madison County Authorities charged the 20-year-old with unlawful transaction with a minor and using an electronic device to solicit sex from an underage girl. Police say the Berea College student met the 14-year-old girl on campus while the girl was participating in a dance competition. The teen's mother allegedly found the text messages and contacted police.

In court, Wilson's bond was reduced to $5,000. Her attorney hopes that her family can get her out of jail and have her live with them. The judge ruled Wilson can't have any contact with any minor, other than her 16-year-old sister. The judge also ruled that her sister can't have any friends over while Wilson lives in the home.

The judge also says Wilson isn't allowed to have any electronic device at all.

The preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for December 16th at 9am.
