Father Sentenced for Baby's Boy's Death

Joseph Burton told police he fell on his two month old son, but police say that's not how the little boy died.

Family members supported Burton's story even after his guilty plea and that support turned to outrage Friday in the courtroom when the judge handed down his sentence.

In court the judge sentenced Burton to 20 years in prison and was denied probation because of the extent of the charges.

Several family members attended the sentencing today and were visibly upset after the sentencing was handed down.
