Video will be available shortly

Police will be on hand for the rest of the year at Grant County High School after reports of a possible suicide pact among some students.

School administrators say they are taking the threat seriously. Police will be searching students when they arrive at school so they can make sure everyone stays safe.

Within the past few weeks, two 16-year-old students at the school have committed suicide.

Parents we talked to today say they are concerned about the threat.

School officials are making counselors available and sending home information about suicide prevention. Officials say it is important for parents to talk to their children about suicide.
