COVINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A minor delay in getting one voting machine operational was reported this morning in Kenton County. The problem was fixed at 7:15 a-m.
County Clerk Rodney Eldridge says the problem was "operator error." Eldridge says no voters were delayed or denied their vote.
