ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (AP) - Charges of fleeing the scene of an accident and wanton endangerment have been filed against a driver already charged with murder after a crash that killed one of his two passengers. A plea of not guilty to all three charges was entered on behalf of 30-year-old Michael Toher of Hodgenville during arraignment yesterday in Hardin District Court. The front-seat passenger in Tohers vehicle, 50-year-old Robert Noel of Elizabethtown, died of injuries received in the crash last Friday.
