Elementary School Teacher Indicted on Sexual Abuse Charges Arrested

MOREHEAD, Ky. (AP) - An eastern Kentucky elementary school teacher has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of sexual abuse against two students.

The Wolfe County grand jury indicted 39-year-old Robert Brewer of Campton yesterday on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Police say Brewer say Brewer committed the acts on two students at Campton Elementary, where he is a teacher.

Brewer was released to the Wolfe County Jailer on a 50-thousand dollar cash bond while police continue the investigation.
