Lake Cumberland Crowds Smaller This Memorial Weekend

This weekend is a true test to determine if lower water levels at Lake Cumberland will drive tourists away.
21 ramps around the lake are open. But the ramp at Burnside Marina is still high and dry. On a typical Memorial Day weekend regulars say this channel would be bumper to bumper boats. But Saturday lake goers say numbers were down. Still it's hard to say if fewer boats are in the water because of low water levels, or if the crowds are smaller because of high gas prices.
