Young Man Critically Injured In Wreck

A man was airlifted from the scene of a crash in Bourbon County Sunday night. It happened around just after 9:00p.m. along Brentsville Rd.
The Bourbon County Sheriff's department says a 20 year old man was arguing with his girlfriend at a house just a few miles away. They say he left and was speeding down the road when he wrecked. He was airlifted to UK Hospital with what police say were critical and life threatening injuries. Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
