Memorial Marks 30th Anniversary Of Supper Club Fire

Video will be available shortly

Hundreds of people, including firefighters from as many as 20 departments, attended the memorial. The Beverly HIlls Supper Club went up in flames May 28, 1977 in one of the
deadliest nightclub fires in US history. The fire claimed 165 lives and injured dozens more.
The service was held at the foot of the long, cracked driveway that stretches up the hillside in Southgate, in Campbell County, where the club stood for more than 40 years before the fire.
A group of former employees and survivors organized the memorial to reunite people who were affected by the fire.
