Grand Jury To Try Garrard County Case

A grand jury will decide the case of a Central Kentucky official involved in a deadly accident.

Police say Dwayne Nave was driving his car down US 27 in Garrard County when he crossed the center line and hit a truck head-on.

The driver of that truck, Will Quinn, was killed.

State police have toxicology results back for Nave, but are not releasing any information.

Nave is Garrard County's Director of Disaster Services.

The Grand Jury is next scheduled to meet on June 8th.
