Stanley Stander, Jr. Was in Grant County for charges he faces there, after a police chase that left a deputy's cruiser damaged.
He plead not guilty.

Investigators say that chase happened after Stander attacked and tied up Ralph and Mattie Michaels at their Scott County home. Stander faces several charges for the home invasion, including assault, burglary, and robbery.

Stander will be arraigned in Scott County later, but no word yet when he'll be extradited.

Mattie Michaels was downgraded to critical condition Monday at UK Medical Center.
