Drug Suspects In Court

Suzette Espinoza-Lina and her son Michael Deharak pleaded not guilty to drug charges this morning, while Aurelio Espinoza-Lina turned himself into the Clark County Sheriff's Department.

Police say Suzette Espinoza-Lina, her husband Aurelio and son Michael Deharak were all behind a cocaine drug ring operating in the county.

The Clark County Sheriff's Department arrested the mother and son at their homes in the Tree Haven Mobile Home.

Police say they seized a pound of cocaine with an estimated street value of $22,000 along with marijuana prescription pills and $21,000 in cash from inside their home.

The Sheriff says this is one of the largest cocaine bust in the Clark County in recent years.

The arrest came after a concerned citizen made a tip to police.

The mother and son will be back in court next week facing additional charges.

Aurelio Espinoza-Lina will appear in court tomorrow for his arraignment.
