It's a big day in high school football.
Kickoff for Boyle County's state championship football game began just a short time before noon.
And they're not the only school going for a title at the state tournament in Bowling Green.

The Boyle County football team is heading to Bowling Green for their first title bid in six seasons.
They're facing off in the 4-A finals against Lone Oak.
Parents say they've worked hard to make it this far.
This morning, the community showed up to show the athletes how proud they are of how far the team has come.
"It's been phenomenal. This was the goal, to get the State Championship. They're not taking anything for granted. They've had a job to do and it's paying off."
Also in Lexington, the LCA Eagles left for Bowling Green with a send off already fit for champions.
Brad Wall, the Athletic Director says, "There's a lot of confidence. These guys have worked for this. We can get it done."
The Eagles are heading to Bowling Green preparing for the 1-A championship game with Mayfield on Saturday.
This is LCA's second shot at a title in three years.
Both Teams are heading to championships in Bowling Green for the first time.
These games are traditionally held at Papa Johns Stadium in Louisville.
