Comair 5191 crash victim's family to be paid millions

The family of a Comair 5191 flight crash victim has been awarded more than seven million dollars in a civil suit.

According to David Rapoport, the attorney of Bryan Keith Woodward's family, the jury ruled Comair was at fault in Woodward's death. The family was awarded $7.1 million in damages. But the family says they aren't done fighting. Rapoport plans to take the family's case further in hopes of getting punitive damages.

That trial is expected to begin sometime in early 2010.
