One person is dead after a crash on an Interstate 64 on-ramp late Monday night.
Emergency workers in Montgomery County tell 27 NEWSFIRST the victim's car hit a utility pole on the eastbound on-ramp at exit 110.
The victim has been identified as Stacy Bratton, 40, of Mt. Sterling.
There were no passengers.
Investigators think alcohol played a role in the crash.
