Emergency responders say it's amazing a man was able to walk away from a bad accident on a dangerous central Kentucky roadway.
The truck hit a utility pole, took out a fence and flipped on Harrodsburg Road in Jessamine County Tuesday night.
The truck was hauling mulch.
Its driver told police he crashed because he was blinded by an oncoming vehicle that didn't dim its lights.
Harrodsburg Road was closed for several hours. It is now back open.
