Paris Back Home... For Now
Paris Hilton may be under house arrest, but her legal troubles aren't over.
The socialite heiress has been ordered to report to a hearing to determine whether she should be sent back to jail.
The Los Angeles city attorney filed a motion late Thursday requesting a superior court judge not only return Hilton to the detention center, but also asking the court to force the LA Sheriff's department to prove it should not be held in contempt.
Hilton served just a little over three days of what would have been a 45-day sentence for violating probation.
