Competency Hearing For Man Who Murdered His Step-Daughter This Afternoon

Video will be available shortly

A hearing in the case of a Montgomery County man, charged with raping and killing his 16-year-old stepdaughter, begins this afternoon.

A judge is expected to consider information on the mental competency of Michael Neace.

Police arrested the Mt. Sterling man in January for Christina Woods' death.

The teen's body was found in the family's burned home in December, where she had been strangled.
