Workers Nearly Struck By Lightning

Video will be available shortly

Storms raced across Central and Eastern Kentucky Friday afternoon, causing some damage.
But two workers in Lexington got a big scare, when they were nearly struck by lightning.
The men were working on a water line on Hume Road, when a bolt of lightning struck nearby.
It was close enough for the men to be shaken up. They were both taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Meteorologists say you don't have to be directly underneath a storm to get struck by lightning. If you're close enough to hear thunder, you're close enough to be struck by lightning.
