An woman drowned in an Eastern Kentucky lake after falling off a flotation device. Officials say Donna Creech, 41, fell into 12-14 feet of water in the Martins Fork Lake in Harlan County. Bystanders tried to rescue her, but were unable to bring her to safety. Crews with the Harlan County Rescue Squad searched for nearly an hour before they recovered Creech's body. Police do not suspect foul play.
