The mother of a student, stabbed during class, has filed a lawsuit against three school staff members.
KentuckyNews.org reports, Jamie Caldwell filed the lawsuit against the principal of Madison Central High School, along with a teacher and an instructional aide.
Another student is accused of stabbing Stevie Caldwell during a cooking class, October 8th.
The lawsuit alleges the school failed to prevent the stabbing.
Caldwell is seeking damages for pain and suffering, medical expenses, attorney fees, and punitive damages.
