Arraignment Scheduled For Witness In Murder Case

Video will be available shortly

The woman accused of helping dispose of the body of a Cincinnati-area foster child is scheduled to be in a Mason County courtroom Monday.

Amy Baker has been lodged in the Mason County jail since last week.

Baker was a key witness in the Marcus Fiesel murder case.

While on the stand, Baker admitted she helped Fiesel's foster father get rid of the boy's remains in the Ohio River in Maysville.

Baker is scheduled to be arraigned on a tampering with evidence charge.
