Two ATV deaths over the weekend in Kentucky bring the state's death toll to 19, currently the highest in the nation.
Police say 21-year old Ralph Moore died after crashing in Martin County.
Moore was driving his all terrain vehicle along Kentucky 17-14 when he lost control in a curve, crossed the center line and hit a car.
In Western Kentucky, a 23-year-old Bowling Green man died after a crash in Caldwell County.
Police say Daniel Fitzgerald's ATV overturned several times throwing him off.
He died at the hospital.
