Arraignment In Murder Case

The woman accused of helping dispose of the body of a Cincinnati-area foster child is scheduled to be in a Kentucky courtroom today.

Amy baker was taken to the Mason County jail last week.

Baker was the key witness in Marcus Fiesel's murder, and admitted on the stand that she helped his foster dad get rid of the boy's remains in the Ohio River in Maysville.

Baker is expected to be arraigned on a tampering with evidence charge.
