A traffic tie-up Monday afternoon at the Northern split of Interstate 75 and 64 after police say a heavy equipment rolled off a semi truck as it was driving on exit 75.
Police tell us two separate pieces of equipment, that together weighed about 30, 000 pounds, slid off the truck and slammed onto the road.
Officials say the accident caused substantial damage to the edge of the exit ramp, causing it to be shutdown while repair crews provided a temporary fix.
The road was re-opened early Monday afternoon and police say luckily no one was injured in the incident.
