Hunt for suspect in Lexington shooting

A bystander is shot during an argument, between two other people.

Lexington police say two men began arguing outside the intersection of East Fourth and Chestnut, around nine Saturday night.

One man pulled out a gun and started shooting, hitting James Jointer, who was standing near by.

Police say Jointer was shot three times, twice in the stomach and once in the leg.

He was taken to UK Hospital.

Police are still looking for the suspect.
