A local company is offering free help to get you back in the workforce. It's the company's way of giving back this holiday season.

For Emily Frohlich, returning to the job market was difficult after being a stay-at-home mom for eight years.

With the downturn in the economy, many like Frohlich are flocking back to work, and places like Executrain are trying to help, by offering classes from basic computer courses to resume building and leadership training.

Classes are only at 60 percent capacity now, but trainers are hoping to change that, so people can take advantage of the education.

Eight free classes are still available through the middle of January at the Lexington and Louisville locations. You must be unemployed to register.
