Pregnant Woman and Boyfriend Killed in Car Crash

A tragic accident claims the life of two people in eastern Kentucky, including a woman who was six months pregnant.

The assistant coroner says the woman was driving on US 80 Wednesday morning, just outside Martin in Floyd County, when she slammed into the back of a coal truck.

Witnesses report the woman was driving fast and couldn't get around the truck in time.

Police have confirmed that she and her boyfriend died in that wreck who was also in the car.

But authorities are not releasing either victim's name pending notification of family members.
