Ichthus Festival Begins Today

Video will be available shortly

It will be a warm weekend for thousands of people flocking into a Central Kentucky town.

The Ichthus Music Festival kicks off Thursday in Jessamine County.
About 20-thousand people are expected to attend the event, which features over 100 bands and speakers.
The event begins Thursday morning, and will run through Saturday night.

Last year was the first time the festival was held in June. It was held in April in previous years, but organizers changed it because it usually got rained out.

Ichthus is one of the largest christian music festivals in the country.
