Voyeurism suspect due in court

Case involving voyeurism suspect waived to Grand Jury

He's accused of using his cell phone to take photos of college women while they were undressed inside their home. Now the case against him is moving forward.

55-year-old Terry Grossman was arrested by Lexington Police for a number of charges, including voyeurism, burglary, and possession of drugs.

He's accused of taking nude photos and video on his cell phone of women inside a home on Crescent Avenue, and is believed to have been watching them for months.

Last week one of the victims spoke to 27 NewsFirst about Grossman, not wanting to be identified on camera.

"He'd been watching our house and we found him inside our house", says one of the victims.

Police say one of the roommates found him when she got out of the shower. He was arrested within minutes after trying to flee from the area. Along with the voyeurism charge, Grossman was also charged with burglary and possession of drugs for having Ambien and Viagra on him.

Grossman and his attorney quickly left the courtroom. 27 NewsFirst did attempt to ask them for an interview but they declined to speak about this case.

He previously entered a "not guilty" plea in court. His case was waived to the Grand Jury.

He was ordered by the judge to have no contact with his alleged victims. They told 27 NewsFirst last week that they planned on moving out of the home immediately.
