Central Ky. Man Dies at Music Festival in Tennessee

MANCHESTER, Tenn. (AP) - A central Kentucky man died at the
Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee, authorities said.
It will probably be several weeks before medical examiners
determine why Cody L. Conover, 25, of Lancaster, Ky., died.
Officials with the Coffee County sheriff's department said
Conover was taken to the United Regional Hospital in Manchester at
about 11 a.m. Friday with no visible signs of trauma. He was
pronounced dead at the hospital.
Investigators said they are looking into both drugs and heat as
possible causes of death.
The body was taken to the state medical examiner's office in
Nashville for an autopsy.
Now in its sixth year, this is the sixth death at the festival,
which is held on a 700-acre farm. All 80,000 tickets were sold.
Musical acts scheduled to perform include The Police, The White
Stripes, Tool, Widespread Panic, Wilco, Ben Harper and The Flaming
Lips. The festival began Thursday night and ends Sunday.
