The Madison County Judge Executive was arrested over the weekend.
The Russell County Jail confirms to 27 NEWSFIRST that Kent Clark was arrested at the Russell County fair.
We're told Clark has been charged with drinking in public, alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct.
The jailer says Clark was released on bond Saturday.
