Man Who Admitted To Manslaughter Up For Parole

A southern Kentucky man who admitted to manslaughter in the death of a beauty queen may soon be up for parole.

Ryan West is serving a ten year sentence. West was behind the wheel when he crashed, killing Brittany Shoap.

Monday, Shoap's family went before the parole board. West's family will have their turn on Friday. The parole board's decision probably wont come until at least next week.
