A two-car crash late Monday night in Madison County killed one driver.
It happened on Kentucky 52 East, near the Estill County line.
Kentucky State Police say a Lexus over-corrected then hit another car, driven by Joe Carr, 57, of Irvine.
Carr was thrown out of his car through the sun roof and pinned under the vehicle, where he died.
Police say the driver of the other vehicle wasn't paying attention, causing the crash.
So far, no charges have been filed.
The driver of the Lexus wasn't seriously injured. Police say Carr wasn't wearing his seat belt.
