The change to complete snow continues to work southward across Kentucky. Snow rates will come in around 1" to 2" per hour. Those rates could be even higher under some of the more intense bands.
The lack of rain and dry conditions continues to cause problems for several counties across the state.
Many of those counties have asked residents to voluntarily reduce water usage.
Today, the south Woodford Water District issued a mandatory water restriction banning watering until further notice.
Water officials are asking people to reserve water usage only for necessary use such as cooking and bathing.
Officials say the ban is only for the south Woodford Water District.
