A state official says that a Frankfort woman has agreed not to operate a child day care facility out of her home. State investigators allegedly found nine children hiding in a crawlspace there.
Spokesman Robert Hester of the Division for Regulated Child Care says Robin Tracy agrees not to care for more than three unrelated children at her home.
Hester says Tracy agreed that if she violated the order, she would be fined a thousand dollars for the first violation up to 32 thousand dollars.
State officials say they went to Tracy's home on Monday to investigate claims she was running an illegal day care service.
The officials allegedly found 12 children there, including nine in a crawlspace.
