The first part of the investigation into a horrific accident at Six Flags is now finished. Officials tried to figure out why a cable snapped on the "Superman Tower of Power" ride Thursday causing it to sever a 13-year-old girl's feet.
They're about to begin a new phase but wouldn't say exactly what that would be. There's still no word on the girl's condition.

Thrill ride that severed girl's feet still shut down
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A thrill ride at a Louisville amusement park remains shut down as investigators look into the accident that resulted in a teenagers feet being sheared off.
Kentucky Department of Agriculture spokesman Ted Sloan says the investigation at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom is complete. Now investigators are going over the evidence and witness accounts.

Officials say a cable broke loose Thursday on the Superman Tower of Power ride, striking a 13-year-old girl in the legs. Sloan said there's been no determination on what caused the cable to break.
Sloan did not know if investigators had interviewed the girl or her family.
