The nearly 300 page report was released along with a 911 tape from the day Bill Sparkman's body was found.

The police record states Sparkman confided in a friend before his body was found near a cemetery, naked and partially hanging from a tree.

Lowell Adams told investigators that Sparkman had talked about his plan to kill himself.

Adams and Sparkman worked together as part-time security guards.

Sparkman reportedly told Adams he planed to kill himself, that he wanted it to look like murder and that he'd been practicing asphyxiation.

Investigators say Sparkman staged his death because he thought he had cancer and wanted his son to receive a large sum of life insurance money.

If MG says he did this to himself, then that's what happened. MG knows all..........just ask him.

Everything this guy did to himself was easily duplicated. The words on his chest were upside down so it was easier for him to write it looking down. He was only hanging high enough that he needed to tippy-toe to not hang. Face it, he thought he was terminally ill and wanted to leave the guy some money. You guys act like its such an outlandish thing. Perhaps you've missed the last few years and all the crazy stuff thats going on?

I would have to agree with Susan. There are just too many pieces missing and all the facts do not quite add up to suicide. I would also have to agree with asdfjkl, his insurance policy would not have covered murder that soon after he took it out. It would have taken months, and I'm sure he would have known this. Bill Sparkman was not an idiot, he was a very smart man and I don't believe that he could have done this. Also I would like to know where this so-called friend was...why didn't he call someone about it before, if he knew Sparkman was a danger to himself, he should have done something to stop it. And if he truly did know he was going to do this, that would be assisted suicide, and he should have been put in jail.
