Police Say 13-Year-Old Led Them On Chase (Updated Video)

Police say a 13-year-old boy stole a truck and led them on a chase through two counties early Tuesday morning.

Police say he stole a truck from the Walnut Hill Springs Farm in northern Fayette County.

Police in Bourbon county tried to pull the young teen over, but he led them into Fayette County.

The chase ended in a crash at Paris Pike and Old Paris Pike.

Police say the teen over-negotiated a curve and ended up hitting several tree branches, before coming to rest near a railroad overpass.

The 13-year-old received what police suspect are minor injuries.

Police say they did not find any other stolen property in the truck.
