Marvin Graham rides to work on an electric powered stand-up scooter called a Segway, because he says it's saving him major money on gas.
As a Vice President at Intercounty Energy in Danville, he understands the value of conserving energy.
Graham tells 27 NEWSFIRST," it only takes about a dime a charge and you get about 24 miles. Compared that to gasoline you can figure out if you've got $3.00, say 30 times 24, it get's 700 miles to a gallon."
Marvin Graham says he sees a bright future for Segways, especially for people who live within a few miles of their work like he does.
