RADCLIFF, Ky. (AP) - A Hardin County Grand Jury has indicted a Radcliff resident on murder and first-degree fetal homicide charges in the death of Alena Cunningham, an 18-year-old pregnant woman.
Eighteen-year-old Andrew Edelen was charged with manslaughter and second-degree fetal homicide after the May sixth shooting in an apartment complex parking lot.
Edelen's bond remained at 75-thousand dollars yesterday, although it could be raised because of his indictment on more serious charges. Edelen is being held at the Hardin County Detention Center. His arraignment has not been scheduled.
